My practice investigates scent as a spatial and material condition. Moving beyond atmosphere as an ephemeral effect, I examine how volatile molecules can inhabit solid structures and how materials can function as temporal carriers of smell. Through installations, public interventions, and collaborations with scientific institutions, I explore scent as an embedded system shaping perception, memory, and environmental awareness.
I am an architect, artist and perfumer. I work and live in Zürich. Verdandi Lab is an experimental laboratory for architecture, art and design where the sense of smell has a place.
Alongside the artistic work, I compose perfumes for hotels, exhibitions, brands and private clients under deinparfum.ch.
